Jeff Rohwer has over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry. He has built companies and supported product launches across dozens of therapeutic categories. In 2008, he co-founded Sentient Interactive, an agency focused on delivering digital solutions that support healthcare experiences. Sentient was acquired by W2O Group in 2016, later rebranded as Real Chemistry. Jeff helped to support the growth of the firm from 350 employees to 1,800+ members of the Real Chemistry team, as of 2025, through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. In his current role as Chief Transformation Officer, Jeff’s focus has shifted toward solutions that combine human and artificial intelligence to enhance biopharma commercialization capabilities. He lives with his wife in New York City.
