Jeff Hoglen has spent over 25 years pastoring, coaching leaders, and helping churches thrive. As a certified coach, trainer, and speaker with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, he has invested his life into equipping pastors and raising up healthy, multiplying churches. His ministry has taken him across America, Africa, and Asia, where he has helped launch churches and encourage leaders on the front lines of ministry. Jeff currently serves in the Philippines, where he and his wife are planting RockFish Church Philippines in partnership with their home church in North Carolina. Their heart is simple and bold: make, equip, and release fully committed followers of Jesus and develop Manila into a strategic church-planting hub for Southeast Asia. Jeff is married to his best friend, Tonya. They have three children, two grandchildren, and a growing family of “spiritual sons and daughters” around the world. His passion is church planting, discipleship, and seeing leaders step boldly into the calling God placed on their lives.
