Jeff grew up in Montclair, New Jersey. After graduating from Montclair High School, he enlisted in the U.S. Army as an infantryman. He completed Basic Training, Advanced Individual Training, and Airborne School at Fort Benning, Georgia. His chain of command recommended he attend the U.S. Military Academy Preparatory School (USMAPS), whose core mission is to allow former enlisted soldiers to provide valuable experience to the Corps of Cadets and later to the Officer Corps.
Jeff earned his commission as an Armor Officer and his Master Fitness Trainer certification at the United States Military
Academy at West Point. He served as a Master Fitness Trainer in the United States Army, where he developed and implemented fitness programs that helped soldiers at all fitness levels achieve significant, lasting body composition improvements.
His approach combines behavioral science, progressive strength training, and evidence-based nutrition and has been refined through years of practical application and coaching experience. Jeff lives in Texas with his wife Jane.
