My name is João Gonçalves (Jay for short), and you won’t meet someone as focused as I am. I’ll go above and beyond to meet my client’s expectations and deliver on Ethical Scaling’s mission. Born and raised in Portugal, I always had this entrepreneurial dream of making a difference and always felt I had something unique to offer. Exploring some of the opportunities life gave me, today I’m here with you, writing my second language. The catalyst for my business endeavors was a different type of scale. A scale I was trying to improve told me I needed to lose 100 pounds or my life would be at risk. I realized it was more than just eating well and exercising to achieve this goal. The challenge required me to understand human behavior and how to form a winning & repeatable process. Through behavioral change protocols, I developed my own business to deliver high-quality health services to a few thousand people. That business helped me develop systems and strategies to provide high-quality coaching to more than 150 active clients at a time. It wasn’t long before I understood how I could help your business do the same.
