Javier Llerena was born in Madrid, Spain, and raised in Silicon Valley, where he spent over thirty years in technology leadership, rising to run global sales teams. He led on control and distrust, and it worked, until a heart attack at thirty-eight and a marriage on the edge of collapse forced him to read the code he had been running for decades.

That reckoning became his life's work. Today he is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and founder of Re-Invent Consulting, working in English and Spanish with leaders across technology, healthcare, education, and nonprofits. He helps leaders recognize inherited patterns and build cultures of trust, and hosts the Positive Leadership Academy Podcast.

With his wife, Dr. Christina Llerena, he co-founded Boundless Love, a marriage ministry, and wrote Boundless Love: Healing Your Marriage Before It Begins.

A runner and CrossFit athlete, Javier lives on California's Central Coast with Christina and their daughters, Isabel and Lucia.
