I write fantasy and historical fiction. My latest novella, The Rue Stone (Edition 2) is a romantic fantasy that tells the story of Janna and how she is enchanted by the enigmatic Rue who visits the tavern where she works. It is a night that changes her life forever. This is the first in a series of 3 books under heading The Dark Stranger. I am currently writing book 2 and is called The Storyteller's Amulet and is queer (lesbian) fiction. This story is centered around Etae, a library custodian, and the strange storyteller from another land who is the catalyst for her coming of age. The Storyteller's Amulet will be published in Feb '26. The working title for book 3 is The Hidden Heartstone. When a traveller takes a tumble and lands somewhere no-one has even penetrated before, it sets off a chain of events that can't be reversed. These novellas are ideal to be read whilst curled up on a bookish day and can be #readinanafternoon. The audible version of The Rue Stone is now available.
