Through her personal journey toward better health and struggle to find significance, God unshackled her life from the bondage of overeating. Through her experience, Janelle not only lost 132 pounds and downsized from a dress size 24 to 4, she also gained significant freedom from food and the need for approval. Janelle has maintained half of her original body weight and is enjoying a healthy lifestyle of balance fueled by the grace and hope of God. She lives outside of Stillwater, OK with her husband Terry.
