Jane Ward is professor of Feminist Studies at University of California Santa Barbara, where she teaches courses in feminist, queer, and heterosexuality studies. She is the co-editor of The Witch Studies Reader (2025), author of The Tragedy of Heterosexuality (2020), Not Gay: Sex Between Straight White Men (2015), and Respectably Queer: Diversity Culture in LGBT Activist Organizations (2008).
