James Cary is a comedy writer for BBC TV and Radio. He worked on BBC1's award-winning Miranda with Richard Hurst before co-creating Bluestone 42 for BBC3. James has also written episodes of Shakespeare and Hathaway, My Hero, My Family, Dani's Castle and Kerching! His radio credits include three series of Hut 33, four series of Think the Unthinkable, and sketch show, Concrete Cow. He has also co-written nine series for BBC Radio 4 with comedian, Milton Jones. James written The Gospel According to a Sitcom Writer (SPCK) and The Sacred Art of Joking (SPCK) and is has a podcast called Cooper and Cary Have Words. James is represented by David Higham Associates.
