Born and raised in West London, Jaineel Mistry trained as a clinical pharmacist before spending twelve years in management consulting, achieving everything he thought he was supposed to while feeling increasingly disconnected inside. That gap led him to found Thriving Scholar, where he has since coached and trained over 500 professionals, entrepreneurs and C-suite leaders across the world, guiding them beyond self-doubt, unconscious patterns and the invisible ceilings holding them back towards deeper inner mastery. He draws on psychology, leadership, Eastern philosophy, neuroscience and high-performance research, translating these disciplines into practical tools for everyday life and leadership.
