Jackie de Crinis is a life coach who helps OverThinkers, people-pleasers, and perfectionists manage their anxiety so that they can be more productive and feel happier in their lives. Prior to becoming a life coach, Jackie spent over 30 years in the television industry as an executive for NBCUniversal, ABC, 20th Century Fox, and Sony Television. As a creative executive, she developed and oversaw dozens of Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning series. In addition to her coaching practice, Jackie hosts “The OverThinker’s Guide To Joy” podcast and author of The Overthinker’s Guide to Joy Handbook. Jackie has three adult daughters and lives in Maui with her husband and dog.
