Jack Bount has a range of urban agricultural experience from homesteading to commercial agriculture. He spent his childhood on his uncle's farm working during the summer holidays. His passion for agriculture prompted him to study until he enrolled at the university of agriculture in Italy.
While completing his Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Biotechnology at the University of Padova, he started to create his first working experience in the most famous multinational seeds company. This first experience pushes Jack Bount to realize that growing a plant was not so easy, as seemed in academic books. He thought that if he could explain, in a simple way, to the beginner farmer how to grow a plant, he would have helped a lot of people. These reasons pushed Jack Bount to put pen to paper on how a beginner grower should work to grow his first plants.
