Author J. Offner (1956) is a psychotherapist, founder of the Individual Adjusted Therapy approach - I.A.T: an encompassing, personally tailored therapeutic method which encapsulates every aspect of the patient’s world, improving everything from work to personal relationships, parental relations, social life and more. The method focuses on assigning tasks to further improve the quality of the patient's life, depending on his or her desired progression. The goal remains the same for all patients – to improve their overall quality of life. Aside from being a Chinese martial arts master - Kung Fu and Tai-Chi, Offner is an expert in functioning in stressful situations and spent years teaching the field in various programs.
