For more than 20 years, Ivan has coached thousands of athletes and mentored hundreds of sports parents, helping families understand that success is built on character long before it is measured by trophies.

His work focuses on resilience, discipline, confidence, and the everyday decisions that shape a child's future—both in sports and in life. Through his books, educational content, speaking, and digital education, Ivan shares practical lessons that help parents raise stronger competitors and stronger people.
