BIO BLURB Heyward Coleman has spent a lifetime pursuing adventure—from serving as an officer on a nuclear submarine to sailing around the world. With his wife, Charlotte, he transformed a midlife crossroads into a six-year circumnavigation, chronicled in his acclaimed memoir The Next Port. A graduate of Duke University (M.A. in Nuclear Physics) and Harvard Business School, Heyward later founded an environmental laboratory monitoring nuclear pollution.
