Hemant Gupta was born in the state of Uttar Pradesh (U.P.) India, in 1960. He came to United States for higher education in 1982. He graduated from the University of Southern California (USC), completing his Masters and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering with specialization in Polymer Science. He subsequently finished executive MBA course from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He has been Vice-President of Research and Development at a major corporation for the past ten years and in various leadership roles for the past twenty years. Hemant Gupta is the author of the series of books "Informational Nature of Being". His writings reflect his search for meaning and joy in his own life spanning past 30 years. How can one lead harmonious, emotionally fulfilling and meaningful life by knowing one's true self that he calls quantum self? His writings address fundamental question of existence addressing how Joy and Happiness provide ultimate meaning to our Lives. The first book of the series entitled “Road to Digital Divine” provides readers a simple understanding of how one can view ourselves, our world and even GOD: all based on the modern concept of information, an understanding that eventually leads to a true nature of our selves and guides us to a life full of joy, meaning and happiness. The second book of the series “Joy from Deep Within” is somewhat autobiographical and shows how one can realize this Joy from Deep Within by simply recognizing the true informational nature of being.
