Heidi Sawyer has taught the subject of intuition, specialising in using intuition for trauma release for many years through her courses, books and online membership programmes. She lives as most intuitive-sensitives like to, in the middle of a national forest. Heidi lives with her husband, sons and four pets. She attended Brunel University and since 1996 has been a spiritual teacher and healer. She holds a BA (hons) degree in literature. Her post graduate education has been in consciousness, spirituality and transpersonal psychology. Heidi’s writing career has also flourished in recent years and she has several books, on several subjects, including intuition and developing your senses, which are available through Amazon and Hay House Publishers. Heidi believes often those who have been born with a sensitive nervous system grow up believing their sensitivity is a disability rather than a gift. It was exactly because of her own ability to interpret the feelings of others and the way she was misunderstood, told she was “too sensitive” and “scary” with her insight, did she set about creating a support and training capacity for those experiencing the same. Heidi uses her skills to help her 5,000 clients and Circle Members. Currently she provides services to 70,000 Intuitive-Sensitives in 121 countries helping intuitive and sensitive people to build confidence in their own natural abilities. Heidi also likes to keep physically and mentally fit. She walks daily in the forest surrounding her home and works out several times a week. When she has free time, she loves going to the theatre or ballet and is a voracious reader.
