I’m H.G. Ahedi, author of Starfall, Book One of The Remnant Series, and the award-winning Realm space opera series. I also write mysteries and thrillers, including the Cranston Mysteries and the Shadow Trilogy.

By day, I’m a data manager and researcher with a PhD, wrangling databases and research protocols. By every stolen moment in between, I’m building dying planets, crafting murder mysteries, and asking what happens when humanity’s survival hangs by a thread. Fourteen books later, I’m still not sure when I sleep.

I live in Sydney in the most under-furnished apartment in the city (fewer chairs, more books). My plants do not survive; I have buried four. Buy me a good cup of coffee and we’re friends forever.

If I could step into any fictional world, I’d have tea with Agatha Christie and solve a case with Sherlock Holmes, purely for research, of course.
