Glen and his wife have three daughters, ages 15, 16 and 19. While swapping parenting war stories with another dad of daughters over a beer, Glen and his co-author Craig Smith realized that there are millions of other dads that are the only males in an all-female household. From there, they launched the podcast Dads Outnumbered as a way to share tips and tales about and for dads of daughters. It’s also an excuse to hang out, drink beer and laugh. With such a wide range of ages, they’ve seen a lot and through trial and error have come up with their list with their first book, 50 Things to Know to Raise Happy Confident Daughters. Originally from Minnesota, Glen lived all over the country meeting his wife-to-be while working in Florida. Glen and his wife moved to Washington, DC, where their eldest was born, and then they moved on to Florida to be closer to family where their other daughters were born. Eventually, a work opportunity brought them to the Arizona desert where they live today. Glen has worked in marketing and sales within the travel industry his entire career and is currently working as a business consultant and an adjunct professor of marketing and hospitality. Glen has also narrated seven audiobooks. All can be found on Amazon.com and Audible.
