Born in London to a British father and a French mother, Geoff A. Wilson grew up in southern Germany where he went to primary and secondary school. He studied in Freiburg (Germany) and completed his PhD in Dunedin (New Zealand). He is trilingual in German, French and English. Geoff worked as an academic (Professor in Geography) and became a world-renowned expert on questions about the resilience of human communities. Married and with one son, he lives in a small village on the south coast of Devon (UK). Geoff retired in 2019 to become a full-time writer. He specialises in psychological thrillers, Children's fantasy, dystopian novels and short stories, and is the author of ‘The Dream’, ‘Depravity’, ‘Pandemic’, ‘The Machine’, ‘Meltdown’, 'Phil 81' and the 'Sebastian the Teddy-Bear' children's fantasy series (3 books).
