Gabriela Góngora Molina is a traveler and food enthusiast born and raised in Yucatan, Mexico. She studied Hospitality and Tourism at her local college, Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán. After taking some international cuisine cooking classes, she realized the importance gastronomy has in a place's culture and traditions. Gabriela enjoys reading, playing with her dogs, and listening to Pop music. Having traveled several times to some European countries, the US, Mexico, and Canada, Gabriela loves to submerge in other cultures and experience the place as if she were a local. She loves meeting new people, exchanging stories, and experiences with them. Having returned home from her last trip through Canada in 2018, Gabriela can't wait to go on her next big adventure. Meanwhile, she writes as a freelancer to encourage others to get out of their comfort zone, get lost in new cities, and share their culture with others.
