Fred Mankind is an international entrepreneur, investor, and developer. He has a long track record of turning around neglected properties and developing land to bring out the end value products to the markets as a form of ready-to-move-in homes. His current investments are properties and land for building new homes. Fred is the leader and active manager of Fred Mankind Land Partnership and Fred Mankind Real Estate Partnership, some of the private investment firms he founded that develop homes to supply the housing demands in the local markets. Fred has a great team, working daily with dedication and completing the assigned work. At the same time, the active manager, Fred, is in charge of managing the projects. Fred also chairs four other real estate and construction companies. Including Fred Mankind Construction, a private firm he founded to acquire land and build new homes associated with other parent companies and private funds on multiple levels. Fred Mankind Construction operates its projects within Greater London and Home counties in the southeast. Fred is also an active philanthropist focusing on entrepreneurial education. Through the Fred Mankind Foundation, he has led several coaching entrepreneurship programs and sponsorships, including the “Millionaires Mastermind” program step by step for entrepreneurial associations and doing business. In addition, Fred Mankind Network unites the entrepreneurs of his educational and investment programs, providing connections, opportunities, mentorship, and support. Fred debuted his books Real Estate, The Fundamentals of Investing, and Handbook for Real Estate Investors: The Ultimate Guide to Investing in Real Estate Step-By-Step and Owning a Dream Home (Mankind Publications). He shares the fundamentals of investing, including developing and managing real estate and doctrines for success.
