Take ownership of behavioural patterns of leadership and success. Trained as a criminologist, Fred Colantonio left the Belgian public administration in 2006, after 5 years of practice. His purpose? To start a strategy and advising agency. Its mission? Helping companies to deal with their challenges: digital transformation, innovation and differentiation, leadership and management. Quickly, his dynamic interventions bring concrete results and autonomy, thanks to a pragmatic approach and effective decision-making shortcuts. Since 2008, his team has worked with about 200 clients and delivered over 24,000 hours of consulting and seminars. Since 2009, as a professional speaker, Fred has delivered close to 1000 conferences in 15 countries and on 4 continents, reaching tens of thousands of people. With humor, he invites them to make the most of their DNA - Natural Differentiating Asset: whatever can offer them the maximum impact with the minimum amount of effort. Since 2010, Fred has published 10 books, 4 of which are bestsellers and 4 of which have been published in both Europe and Quebec. In 2018, he created the publishing house "L'attitude des Héros" to publish inspiring books by inspired authors and accelerate the dissemination of what he calls behavioral models of success. In 2020, he founded the association ReLOAD Belgium to help bankrupt entrepreneurs to bounce back and start again, thanks to a network of solidarity and voluntary support. The non-profit has since been put in the hands of Revival Belgium to got national. Fred travels the world meeting people in their professional context to broaden their horizons, give them new perspectives and inspire them about the sometimes underestimated or innovative habilites they have to succeed at work and beyond.
