Frank Wesnitzer, born in 1971, has spent many years exploring what actually helps change happen — in personal life, at work, and in organizations.

As a coach, trainer, systemic consultant and yoga teacher, he works with people who want to change, develop or rethink something in their lives or work. What interests him most is not the next perfect method, but the moment when knowledge turns into something that is actually useful in everyday life.

His books explore personal development, communication, self-awareness and change from different angles.

In “Please, Take Care of Yourself! Activate Your Self-Healing Powers. Now!”, the focus is on becoming more aware of one’s own possibilities in dealing with health, recovery and personal responsibility.

For “The Earlier You Let Go, the Longer You Are Free!”, Frank Wesnitzer interviewed people who were in the process of letting go of relationships, life plans, professional situations or other parts of their lives — or who had already done so. Their stories show how different letting go can look.

With “CHANGE. And I Thought I Knew What Was Happening.”, the focus shifts more strongly to change in a professional context: perception, communication and the small moments that can determine whether knowledge and methods actually have an effect.

What connects his books is not one specific model or a promise of a perfect solution. It is the search for ideas, perspectives and questions that are useful in real life.

His standard for a book is simple: it should be useful.

More books are already in development, including further titles in English.
