Francisco del Pozo nació en Sevilla en 1973, realizó estudios universitarios obteniendo la licenciatura de Derecho. Tras varios años de estudios ha desarrollado su carrera profesional dentro del sistema judicial. Ha colaborado con la Facultad de Derecho de la USC y es autor de una novela negra titulada El interviniente Petroni, inspirada en su experiencia profesional en el campo del Derecho Penal. En la actualidad está escribiendo un ensayo sobre Oposiciones y Métodos de estudio.
