Fahd Nazir is a project manager at Halliburton, one of the world’s biggest oil field service companies, and the inspirational author of Falling Behind, and The 10 Billion Tree Tsunami. With a Master’s degree in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Fahd has combined his professional experience with his passion for fighting back against climate change to explore the impact of corporate and government policies on the environment. His writing compares the work being done in China and Pakistan with that being done in the USA, exploring what can be done to improve policy and strategies for the benefit of the whole world. His work explores environmental, economic, and social strategies in an ever-changing world. Fahd is in a unique position to evaluate these issues, having worked in the oil and gas industry and gained a clear insight into the problems the world is facing. He has dedicated the last five years to studying climate change, with the aim of sharing his knowledge to help individuals and businesses rethink their approach and instigate real change on a large scale. Fahd has worked all over the world, with each new role enriching his knowledge and passion for making a difference. Currently based in Thailand, he is passionate about traveling, and has visited over 30 countries, expanding his knowledge and deepening his understanding of the world with every trip.
