Erin Morrison, EdM, MA is the creator of The Conscious Mom (@itstheconsciousmom) on Instagram best known for her approachable, conscious parenting support. Formally trained at Columbia University in Psychological Counseling, Erin shares her knowledge of human behavior to make the practice of conscious parenting attainable, achievable and enjoyable for the not-so-conscious parent. Best known for creating small, doable shifts, parents find lasting change when they slowly incorporate The Conscious Mom approach. Erin is the author of Three Minutes for Mom: a collection of 365 strategies to add more connection, consciousness and enjoyment to motherhood. Erin resides in South Florida with her husband, two children and bernadoodle puppy. Erin runs a coaching private practice where she works with parents remotely all over North America.
