Erin Kerry is an integrative health coach and functional nutritionist. She is the host of the top-ranked podcast Sparking Wholeness and the owner of the coaching company Sparking Wholeness. As a survivor of mental illness, Erin knows firsthand how suffering from a chronic illness can infiltrate every area of life. By the age of eighteen, she was given the labels PTSD, depression, and bipolar disorder. Today, she is living symptom-free. She empowers people to be their own health advocates so they don’t have to be limited by a label or diagnosis. She is a regular contributor to online publications on the topic of mental health and wellness. Aside from coaching hundreds of individuals, she frequently speaks to groups and businesses. She and her therapist husband Richard work together at a counseling center in Tyler, Texas and have three children. Erin's favorite non-work activities are reading fiction, playing games with her family, watching her kids play sports and music, making (and eating) nutrient-dense food, taking nature walks, practicing yoga, and traveling anywhere—when she can!
