Eric Miller’s first brush with literary “fame” occurred when his grade school writing assignment about a bloodthirsty executioner’s block earned him a trip to the principal’s office. Years later, he edited the Bram Stoker Award-nominated anthology Hell Comes to Hollywood, its imaginatively titled sequel, and the trucking-themed anthologies 18 Wheels of Horror and 18 Wheels of Science Fiction. Miller's first novel, Whatever Happened to Uncle Ed? was published in 2025. His short fiction has appeared in various magazines, anthologies, and websites, including Galaxy's Edge, Halloween Tales, and Hot Valley Writers. He wrote the screenplays for Mask Maker, Night Skies, and the SyFy Channel hit Ice Spiders, among other genre films. A proud member of the Horror Writers Association, Miller was raised from knee-high to a grasshopper to a full-grown man in the Midwest, and has spent over three decades working in various fun-filled, low-stress jobs in the film industry. He lives in Los Angeles, where he writes, makes movies, and continues to ignore advice from authority figures.
