Ephraim Osaghae was born in the ancient Benin Kingdom in Nigeria where he spent his childhood and young adulthood life. He emigrated to Australia as a skilled professional and has worked with multinational companies with projects in Africa, Australia, Europe, Asia, and The Middle East. He has also provided training and teaching services to corporate groups and students in universities. Ephraim is in the constant radar of advocating for people and families of multicultural and migrant backgrounds in maximizing their potentials for leading lives of impact while contributing to national growth. He is WAACA Social Impact Award Finalist, Founder of Multicultural Professional Bridge and FamilyWorth. Ephraim is the author of (1) A Handbook for Migrants: The Good, The Challenges and The Lessons, (2) Voices from Home: Wisdom from Our Diasporic Roots, and compiler of another book (3) A Handbook for Migrant Youth: Peer To Peer Wisdom From Those Who’ve Been There, Done That. He regularly facilitates value-adding conversations with culturally diverse participants around the topics of sustainable migration, families, and integration. He crusades for the need to find the right balance at individual, community and policy-making levels.
