Emmett LEON Roberson Jr, served for over 26 years in the US Military (US Marines and US Navy (ret)) where he deployed 7 times, led, mentored, and coached some of the finest military leaders still serving today. Upon retirement, he continued federal service working in Washington, DC where he developed the Anti-terrorism Oversight Program for the Naval District Washington Region and served as Operations Officer for NSA Annapolis/US Naval Academy.
In 2018, he completed the High Performance Masters Program at HPI and in 2022 became a certified Optimize (R) Coach.
He is a successful entrepreneur, CEO of Intentional Intuitive High Performance (IIHP) LLC, and author of Be Deliberate: Life Strategies to Reset, Rebuild, and Rise; which is now available globally sharing his impactful message of Hope, INTENTIONALITY, and resilience in life. Emmett is a Cancer Survivor, has walked with Lions in Africa, swam with sharks in the Caribbean, and most recently climbed Mt Kilimanjaro (Tanzania) see author pic.
He currently resides in MD with his wife (empty nesters) and has four adult children with four grandchildren (and growing).
