Elizabeth is just one of many whom God has given the Word to...to help His People, now, in the present.

Elizabeth Ann Smith is an author, songwriter, recording artist, and publisher of both music and books. Her books and articles are published under the imprint Bible and Spirit, and her music is published under the imprint Receive From Me.

Elizabeth is ordained for the work of the ministry, not as a preacher, but in the areas of worship and journalism. She serves alongside her husband Leonard, who is an anointed preacher of the gospel. Elizabeth has ministered in missions work and church planting, yet at the present time she and her husband are retired and serve, without title, as devoted lay people in their local church.

Elizabeth is also a gifted pianist, flutist, and vocalist. Her spiritual gifts include exhortation, prophecy, teaching, and wisdom. She ministers as a scribe—writing as led by the Holy Spirit—and as a psalmist, creating new songs birthed in prayer and devotion. Her calling is to strengthen believers in their walk with Christ. She desires to make resources available for Believers to grow closer to God in their own homes during the week, studying at their own pace, and enjoying the presence of God.

Elizabeth and her husband live in the Ozark Mountains, off Bull Shoals Lake, about an hour east of Branson MO, where they are enjoying their retirement among friends, church family, and their own large family. Together, Leonard and Elizabeth (Beth) are blessed with four sons, seventeen grandchildren, and five great grandchildren...with one more great grandchild on the way at the time of this bio.

Please note: Elizabeth Ann Smith unpublished her 9 books that were on Amazon prior to Sept 2026 and moved the chapters that were within those books to a searchable website called Bible and Spirit, so that many more people could access these messages from the Lord, freely. However, she is also planning to publish some new books as the Holy Spirit brings them together from the treasure He's given. Listen and Speak: Communication Keys For God's People in These End Times, released Sept 9 2026, is the first of these “new books” and more are planned. As the articles, now featured on the website are put into books, they will disappear, so just be alert to that.
