I have been a published freelance writer for a number of years. Originally from Louisiana, I began my career by writing food articles for the local paper. This grew to include published articles on any number of subjects there. Further publication of articles and essays followed in The Christian Science Monitor, The Hollywood Reporter and other regional publications in North Carolina, where I now live. Liza's World is my first work of fiction and has its roots in Louisiana and The Carolinas. Patches is a delightful children's book based on a true story which took place in the countryside of Louisiana. I hope you enjoy both! And thank you for your interest in and support of my work.
