When we were young, no one told Eleanor she need not understand life to live it fully, and I think she wouldn't believe it if they'd have done so. Since our childhood, she was always the quiet girl who saw the world in her unique perspective. Back then, the other kids saw her different, at least at first, but I always saw her as the wisest person I knew. Her love story with Enneagram started during her work at the university. At first, she got into learning about Enneagram to have a better understanding of the people she deals with daily, but soon she looked inward. That was a turning point in her life. After several years of feeling different, and getting more and more distant from others because of her way of thinking and her emotional distance, she suddenly had the gift of realization that nothing is wrong with her. She recognized that both the things she loved about herself and the things she felt different about, belong to the Observers, the Type 5s. From then, she saw her uniqueness as a gift; she learnt to accept herself and live her life fulfilled as a Type 5 (which now she's proud of).
