Eileen Jimenez is an executive holistic coach, speaker, and writer devoted to helping people step into lives rooted in confidence, connection, and authenticity. With a background in corporate finance and a lifelong passion for personal growth, she knows what it’s like to look put-together on the outside while feeling guarded and disconnected within. Growing up, Eileen learned that independence was necessary and vulnerability came with risk. She built walls to protect herself, only to realize those same walls were keeping her from the love, freedom, and fulfillment she truly longed for. Her journey from self-protection to self-acceptance became the foundation for Soft Armor. Today, Eileen guides others through that same transformation: helping them release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their truth, and redefine what it really means to be strong. She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has supported countless individuals in healing past wounds, rewriting their inner narratives, and learning to trust themselves again. When she’s not coaching, writing, or speaking, you’ll find her deepening her spiritual practice through meditation, exploring new corners of the world, and finding beauty in the simple moments that make life meaningful.
