After serving in the U.S. Army as a 13B Cannon Crewmember and 42A Human Resource Specialist, E.J. unfortunately experienced a back and neck injury that led to his medical discharge in 2012. Transitioning to civilian life presented its own set of difficulties, and traditional 9-to-5 jobs didn't prove to be the right fit. E.J.'s journey took an unexpected turn when he ventured into the real estate industry after selling his first home to support his wife's pursuit of a nursing career. Discovering the remarkable return on investment that real estate offered, he became fascinated and decided to delve deeper. Leveraging his earnings, E.J. went on to establish two successful businesses in partnership with his wife while also fulfilling their dream of owning a home. Passionate about helping others achieve their aspirations, E.J. actively seeks to assist individuals in turning their dreams into reality. Real estate investing has played a pivotal role in his own accomplishments, and he shares his investment strategies with others to empower them on their journey. However, real estate is just one of E.J.'s avenues for financial growth.
