For most of his adult life, E.B. Farmer has made his living by buying, improving, dividing and flipping tracts of rural acreage. Now, towards retirement, he has decided to share some of the knowledge and experience which he has gained over the years. His first book, The Land Flipper, presents an overview of the business. He hopes to follow it up with a book delving into various aspects in closer detail, along with stories from the field.
