Eulene Patricia Greenland, a Jamaican-born communicator, began as a teacher, then moved into journalism. Though she briefly worked in radio, her passion for writing drew her to print. After relocating to the U.S., she chronicled her spiritual and life journey, finding comfort and purpose in her faith as a Seventh-day Adventist. Her gift for writing, affirmed by others and herself, remained dormant until she chose to share stories of God's guidance during challenging times. Her book, Thoughts and Tales that Inspire, includes insights and verses—some by her son—aimed at uplifting Christians facing struggles. Writing as E. Patsy Greenland, she also explores human behavior in Center Brained, a look at the lives of the directionally challenged, including herself. It offers comfort to those who feel lost—literally or perceptively—and a call for empathy from those who don’t.
