Dylan Sessler is a Mental Health Coach, self-published author, U.S. Army veteran, Tik Tok influencer, and vocal advocate for bettering mental health. His drive originates from losing his father to suicide at the age of 6 followed by a tumultuous life filled with abuse, bullying, war trauma, and difficulties with suicide ideation himself. His life and his service in the US Army gave him a deeply dichotomous perspective on life that is showcased in his first book: Defy the Darkness: A Story of Suicide, Mental Health, and Overcoming Your Hardest Battles. Dylan built all that you see at the beginning of 2020 only a week before the covid-19 shut down and has since impacted millions with his content on Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, and his own podcast The Dylan Experience.
