Dr. Sharon Forster is a Christian marriage counselor and the creator of The By D.E.S.I.G.N. Method™, a Christ-centered framework that helps couples understand their God-given temperament, navigate conflict, and build deeper emotional and spiritual connection.

With a background in nursing and years of experience in counseling, Dr. Forster specializes in working with couples who feel stuck in cycles of miscommunication, emotional distance, and repeated conflict. Her approach integrates biblical principles with practical tools, helping couples move from frustration to understanding and from reaction to intentional connection.

Drawing from Creation Therapy and the Arno Profile System (APS), her work focuses on uncovering the relational needs beneath behavior—helping individuals and couples experience healing, clarity, and renewed unity.

Dr. Forster is passionate about equipping couples, leaders, and churches with tools that foster healthy, God-honoring relationships. Her book, The Couples Temperament Handbook, is part of a growing series that includes a companion workbook and a leader’s guide designed for small groups, counseling, and workshops.
