Dr. Nikolai A. Behr is a distinguished media expert, consultant, trainer, journalist, and author with over 35 years of experience in the industry. He is the founder and managing partner of DIKT GmbH – Deutsches Institut für Kommunikations- und Medientraining® (German Institute for Communications & Media Training) and brain script® Corporate Imagefilme. His career spans significant roles such as International Corporate TV Head at BMW Group, Director of Marketing at TV-Berlin / Kirch Group, and Program Marketing Manager at Bayerischer Rundfunk Fernsehen / ARD - First German Televison. Academically, Dr. Behr holds a PhD in environmental policy from FU Berlin University, an Executive MBA with honors from TUM School of Management (in collaboration with Columbia University NY and University of Southern California), and is a Certified Private Equity Analyst (CPEA) from TUM School of Management / BVK. Throughout his career, Dr. Behr has been deeply involved in media training and education. Initially starting as a award winning voice actor and TV journalist, he transitioned into roles as a marketing manager, tv producer and project leader before focusing extensively on training and development from 1999 onwards. Over the past two decades, he has become a sought-after coach for executives and communication professionals across sports, culture, politics, and business. Beyond his consultancy and communication training services, Dr. Behr remains active as a TV and VR producer and publisher through brain script®. He also engages with startups and young entrepreneurs as a mentor and business angel. A versatile figure, he participates as a panelist, freelance journalist, and keynote speaker, while also balancing personal interests in alpinism, traveling, charity and sports alongside his roles as a family person and father.
