Dr. Lynda Ulrich is the founder of Ever Widening Circles (EWC), a website that has been proving it is still an amazing world since 2014. There you will find articles about remarkable insights and innovation going uncelebrated and thousands of links to thought leaders who are making the world a better place for us all.

In Happiness is an Option, Dr. Lynda shares insights we can use to have more joy, less fear, and a brighter future in the age of the internet. And along the way, she delights us with stories of thought leaders who are changing our shared future in the most extraordinary ways.

Dr. Lynda was once where many of us are now: overwhelmed by the chaos we see in our digital lives, anxious about the future, and disappointed in her fellow man. But her journey from ordinary web-user to global web-publisher in 7 intense years has revealed 4 simple shifts that ordinary people can use to break free from the grip of the negativity on the internet, social media and the 24-hour news cycle.

You will come away from this book uplifted by possibilities that have been going uncelebrated in mass media and understand why the internet is showing us only a slice of reality. You will be able to be more present for friends and family, better able to come up with creative solutions in problem-solving, and feeling a sense of confidence about the future.

Most importantly, you will begin to connect with an enormous wave of progress well underway in the world that almost no one knows about.

Ever Widening Circles has many wonderful platforms that are changing the negative dialogue about our times: a beautiful app, a website for students, a podcast, an annual conference, a movement called The Conspiracy of Goodness, and an elevating social media presence.
