Kimberly M. Carozzi spent years in the corporate world after earning her BS in Managerial Economics and her MBA in Marketing. After climbing the corporate ladder to work as an Operations Manager for a Fortune 100 company, Dr. Carozzi began to truly understand the problem, and prevalence, of burnout. After some soul searching, she went back to school as an adult to train as a chiropractor. A working mother, she personally understands the issues and problems resulting from stress/burnout from a corporate, managerial, and personal standpoint. She writes to help her readers thrive and be happy in the workplace. Dr. Carozzi is currently a practicing chiropractor and owns her own healthcare company.
