Dr. Williams is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. He serves as Associate Program Director of the Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at Lakeland Regional Health System and is Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Morsani College of Medicine. He earned dual degrees in biomedical and electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University, a master’s degree in bioengineering from the University of Pittsburgh as a Keck Fellow, and his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed fellowship training in cardiovascular diseases and clinical cardiac electrophysiology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Williams has received honors from the American College of Cardiology Foundation and the National Institutes of Health and active in leadership positions in the Pennsylvania and Florida Chapters of the American College of Cardiology.
