Hello, my name is Dorothy Moore, and I have been gardening for the past 82 years, a passion I have cultivated over a lifetime. I have shared my knowledge and experience in the book Raised Bed Gardening, which I have loved working on. As a New Yorker, I have grasped the concept of blueprints and schematics for horticulture, regardless of the size and scale of the space. I have worked in various garden centers and greenhouses while also earning a botany degree. I have spent a lifetime with gardeners across all experience levels. I'm inspired to extend the invitation to the reader to share my goodwill as we improve our attitude towards plants and appreciate their growth. I love gardening, and writing about it has been my lifelong passion.
