Donna S. Conley is a national bestselling author, speaker, and founder of Wild Moon Healers®. Her work explores why understanding our experiences does not always change how we respond—and how reflection, nervous system awareness, and compassionate self-care can help us find our way forward.

Through her books, Wild Moon Healing and Wild Moon Healing Revolution, Donna introduces a healing framework inspired by lunar cycles and the natural world. At its heart is the belief that healing unfolds as we learn to recognize our own rhythms, listen to what our experiences reveal, and take steps at a pace that honors our needs. Her books have reached readers in more than 30 countries.

Donna is a holistic mental wellness practitioner and Trauma-Aware Somatic Breathwork Practitioner. Her training includes Reiki, sound healing, meditation, and health and well-being coaching through Duke. Drawing on her professional training, lived experience of recovery, and almost three decades in human resources, she brings a grounded understanding of people and the complexity of their lives to her work.

Through her writing, classes, and teachings, Donna supports people who are tired of treating themselves as a project to fix. She invites readers to build self-trust, create healthy boundaries, and bring spirituality and embodied self-awareness into everyday life.

Originally from Riva, Maryland, Donna calls Reedy, West Virginia, home in her heart. She is a proud Marine mom who finds renewal on forest trails and beneath the moonlit sky.
