Dina Ermias is a mindset coach, author, and founder of H&G Leadership Lighthouse, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals, especially children who have lost their parents and others navigating deep personal loss. Her work is shaped by her own life journey. After losing both of her parents, Dina was faced with a defining choice: remain in grief or transform that pain into purpose. Through that process, she developed a deep understanding of mindset, healing, and intentional growth. Her book Embracing Life After Death was born from this experience and continues to support readers navigating loss, emotional healing, and the process of rebuilding their lives. All profits from the book are directed toward H&G Leadership Lighthouse, extending its impact beyond the page. Building on this foundation, Dina created Healing Horizon Journal as a guided next step, designed to help individuals actively process their emotions, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity and strength, whether they are healing from loss or navigating a deeper personal transition. She is also the author of Ari’s Thankful Adventure, a children’s book that introduces gratitude, emotional awareness, and inner strength from an early age. Through her work, including her course Master Your Mindset, Dina helps individuals move from emotional pain to clarity, resilience, and purpose.
