She holds a Bachelor's in Theology (Hons.) degree and a Master's in Divinity (Cum Laude). Currently, she works as a school chaplain. She is married to Andrew, a specialist psychiatrist, and they have 4 adult children. They live in the beautiful mid-lands of Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.
