Devyani Patel has two decades of corporate and business leadership experience that spans across four continents and several industries. Raised by a family of businesses, she started her career in the airline sector, developing systems on a global scale. Later, she transitioned to Wall Street where she reached leadership position in a strong male dominated finance and tech industry. Throughout her career, Patel has worked extensively consulting for top banking clients in the US. She launched her own consulting and training business in Asia, where she experienced cultural and competitive challenges for female leaders, which was the onset for creating an extensive program to help women develop as leaders.

Growing up with immigrant parents who highly valued education and hard work, Patel developed a strong commitment to empowering women in leadership roles. She is a dedicated advocate for advancing women within corporate environments and actively mentors women of all ages, guiding them through their careers. Through her efforts, Patel seeks to inspire future generations of female leaders by sharing her experiences and insights on effective leadership practices.
