Third Place Winner in the Fiction>Fantasy-Dark|Fiction>Fantasy-Paranormal & Urban Category of the Fall 2022 Bookfest Awards!

Hi Readers. My name is Delphine McClelland, and I was born in Statesville North Carolina. I attended Statesville Senior High School before attending and graduating from the University of Tennessee. GO VOLS!! I currently live in Charlotte North Carolina, and it was in this beautiful city that I set my first Adult Paranormal Romance Novel about Kairo and Skylar. Writing this book was easy, much easier than I ever would have expected. You see I was and have always been an avid reader and lover of books and vampires. So, when I was given the idea to write a book it just flowed out of me but the publishing process was a bit of a nightmare. Things went wrong at every step of the process, and I thought about throwing in the towel an ending the process more than once. Thanks to my loyal friends and family I could not let the light go out on this book as I continued to press on. You know who you are and for the encouragement and the consist push I thank you all. Because of you Dark Obsessions has risen out of the ashes like a phoenix. This book was a blast to write, and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing it. I look forward to bringing you more books and continuing the love story of Skylar and Kairo. Happy Reading.
